To use the myHealth application, you must have a mobile phone number certified through the National Contact Register (ΕΜΕp).

For the Doctor
Get informed and manage your patients’ data easily and quickly!

  • View detailed medical history for each patient (allergies, enrollment in Disease Registries, diagnoses, medications, patient health quality indicators, surgical procedures, etc.).
  • View and update information related to the personal, family, and social history of your patients.
  • Record and view clinical data such as anthropometric measurements, circulatory and respiratory system information, temperature, blood glucose levels, and more.
  • Organize your patient list by category: recent, frequent, and those you manage as a Personal Doctor.
  • Get informed and view laboratory and imaging examination results of your patients.
  • Record a visit, the reason for presentation, the diagnosis, keep your personal notes, and monitor the progress of your patients’ health over time.
  • Receive notifications for the laboratory and imaging examination results of selected patients.
To gain access to the National Electronic Health Record, you must be a certified user of the Electronic Prescribing system. Use your active credentials to log in.


For the Software Developer (API Consumer)
The new platform of the National Electronic Health Record has been designed to offer advanced interoperability capabilities with third‑party applications. Interested software developers will be able to create applications capable of interacting with the National Electronic Health Record platform through specific interfaces, in a secure manner.

If you are a software developer and wish to build applications that will connect to the National Electronic Health Record (N.E.H.R.), you will soon be able to access a dedicated application specifically designed to guide and support professionals.

Developers who successfully complete the software development stages will be certified and registered in the Interoperability Registry of the National Electronic Health Record project.
