IDIKA S.A. is committed to ensuring the accessibility of the Web Portal of the National Electronic Health Record project, as well as the corresponding mobile application. This Accessibility Statement applies exclusively to the National Electronic Health Record Web Portal (ehealthrecord.gov.gr).
Compliance Status
The Web Portal of the National Electronic Health Record project is fully compliant with the accessibility requirements of Article 39 of Law 4727/2020 and partially compliant with the WCAG 2.1 standard (Level AA). Specifically, the portal incorporates the UserWay Website Accessibility Widget, powered by a dedicated accessibility server, which offers a series of functionalities for persons with disabilities—including those with visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.
Through this Widget, most accessibility issues related to WCAG 2.1 Level AA are addressed.
Preparation of this Accessibility Statement
The evaluation of the website’s and application’s conformity with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and the WCAG 2.1 guidelines (Levels A and AA) was conducted:
(a) through a self-assessment performed by the Coordination Service of the Unified Digital Portal (gov.gr), and
(b) through the use of the UserWay Website Accessibility Widget tool.

Non-accessible Content
According to point (e) of paragraph 3 of Article 37 of Law 4727/2020, thirdparty website content is exempt. This applies to thirdparty websites, accessible through hyperlinks available on the National Electronic Health Record Web Portal (ehealthrecord.gov.gr), which fall outside the Ministry's control.

IDIKA S.A. ensures the ongoing improvement of the accessibility of the National Electronic Health Record Web Portal, always aiming to guarantee equal and uninterrupted use by all, regardless of physical abilities or the technology they use. As part of a continuous effort to improve and remedy any accessibility issues, the portal is regularly scanned with the UserWay accessibility scanner to identify and correct any potential barriers. Despite these efforts, some content may not yet fully comply with the strictest accessibility standards. According to Article 42(4)(b) and Article 45(1) of Law 4727/2020 (Government Gazette 184 A’ / 23092020), any interested party has the right to submit comments, request information regarding the compliance status, or request missing information.
